| - Must be university graduate with an outstanding academic record
- UK - 2.1 honours degree
- Should exhibit strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, computer literacy and up-to-date knowledge of financial markets
- Fluency in English is required. Languages are preferred yet not essential
- You must have the right to work in the UK on a permanent basis

Duration
The programme will last 18 months in total and provide a wide range of experience in key areas of the business. Graduates will complete a variety of attachments / regional rotations whilst fulfilling a structured educational programme.

Training opportunities
Once the graduates are on board, they will attend an Induction programme during the first few weeks where they will understand HSBC’s approach to products, services and operations. Graduates will be exposed to valuable training to develop their technical knowledge and relationship skills.
Mentoring programme
A mentor will be appointed for each graduate to provide guidance, support and encouragement for the duration of the programme.
Performance management
Graduates will be assessed throughout the programme, to ensure that they are on track and any development needs are met.
Career progression
Potential for enhanced progression once the programme has been completed depending on strong individual performance and potential.
