Use this form if you have mislaid, already used or suspended the Activation Code following 3 unsuccessful attempts to activate Online Banking. The Activation code is sent to you by e-mail.

Used to request or amend an Online Banking payment limit (Overall Daily Payment Limit, UK Payment Limit, BACS Payment Limit).

Used by a business to change the Primary User on Online Banking. For personal accounts the Primary User is always the account owner and cannot be changed.

Used by a Primary User as part of the process for adding a Secondary User to Online Banking. The Primary User will also need to set up the Secondary User via the Access and Control function. Refer to the Help Guides for more information.
