Real estate fund management

By harnessing the expertise of specialist teams across the HSBC Group, we bring you real-estate funds on a global basis, using "best in class" third-party managers. HSBC Private Bank’s four core offerings are:

  • Fund of funds
    We can source exclusive funds on a global basis that have exposure to highly restrictive and segmented markets. These are created on a 'vintage year' basis and our most recent global fund of funds product will close in February 2008.
  • Single manager 'themed' funds
    For a minimum subscription of USD250,000 we can give you access to direct assets and funds across the globe. These bespoke investment strategies cover a variety of geographies, risk profiles and manager styles with strategic and tactical recommendations and fund management managed through HSBC Alternative Investments Ltd.
  • Club/syndicate deals
    For investments of USD1m or more we can offer you direct bespoke opportunistic access to property assets globally, while maintaining the ability to react quickly to elements of mis-pricing in the market.
  • Segregated mandates
    For a minimum of USD100m we can create a bespoke segregated mandate of best-in-class managers tailored to your needs on a global or geography-specific basis across a range of risk and return profiles.
