Property Vision, a subsidiary of HSBC Private Bank, is an advisory service for the purchase and rental of residential property in the UK - both in London and in the country house market. Property Vision France advises buyers on the Côte d’Azur, in Provence, Paris and the Alps.

It is a service for clients who believe that residential property is an asset class that needs expert, specialist advice - not a salesman's pitch.

The central focus of Property Vision is looking at property from the buyer's point of view. Clients are advised more often what not to buy than what to buy.

Our method involves:

  • Meeting - To discuss the project, meet the people and identify your requirements
  • Search - Finding unique properties that are not available on the open market
  • Due diligence - Ensuring that the selected properties meet your needs in view of any change to your requirements
  • Negotiations - Using extensive experience to establish as competitive purchase price as possible
  • Post purchase - Ensuring all requirements are met from phone connections to cleaning contractors
